Sister Jane Kaputa grew up in Kabwe, Zambia. She currently works in Mpika as the diocesan women coordinator, meaning she focuses on engaging and supporting women through organising events, facilitating discussions and other needs of the women, within the church community.

Bishop Mulandu

Bishop Edwin Mwansa Mulandu was born and raised in Zambia’s Copperbelt Province. He has now served as a priest, lecturer, and the National Director of the Pontifical Societies in Zambia, and in 2021 he was appointed Bishop of Mpika by Pope Francis, a largely rural diocese plagued by deep socioeconomic challenges.
